The Zhitong Finance APP news, Tianji Holdings (01520.HK) announced that all the conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on April 28, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has placed a total of 123 million shares at a placement price of 0.40 Hong Kong dollars per share to no less than six underwriters, representing approximately 15.46% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the completion of the placement.
