The entire journey is "free shipping" Guangxi railway multimodal transport "one-stop" train first departure.
On April 28th at 10:40, a container train carrying 1375 tons of high-calcium stone departed from Qu Li Station in Chongzuo City, Guangxi, and headed towards QinZhou Port East Station. After arriving at the port, China Railway Container Company will be responsible for transferring the cargo to a sea-going vessel bound for JingTang Port in Tangshan City, Hebei. This is the first container multimodal transport "single window" bill of lading in Guangxi, marking the beginning of a new mode of transportation combining rail and sea in the western part of Guangxi. Shihai Fu, the manager of the Chongzuo Business Office at the Nanning Railway Logistics Center of China Railway Nanning Bureau, explained that container multimodal transport "single window" system features a unified cargo bill of lading, optimized transportation organization, and shared data information. Rail and water transport mutually recognize standard rules for goods names, container types, and packaging, and can effectively match train schedules with water transport schedules to minimize transportation time. It also enables data sharing between rail and water transport, with functions including the submission and issuance of multimodal transport bills of lading, full tracking of goods, and transportation statistics analysis, making schedules and prices transparent.
