National Energy Administration: Support for private enterprises to participate in shareholding investments in nuclear power projects.

The State Energy Administration issued a notice on promoting the development of the private economy in the energy sector. The notice mentions supporting investment in energy infrastructure, supporting private enterprises to participate in and invest in nuclear power projects, and establishing a sound long-term work mechanism. It also supports private enterprises to invest in and construct hydropower, oil and gas storage facilities, LNG terminals, and other infrastructure projects, as well as participating in the main or branch pipelines of oil and gas networks. The notice also supports private companies to participate in the investment and construction of the "Shagohuang" large base, and encourages private enterprises to build projects such as solar thermal power generation, diverse utilization of biomass energy, and renewable energy heating.
