Wisdom Finance APP News, HERALD HOLD (00114) announced that on April 28, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Xing Li Investment has entered into a relocation compensation agreement with Baihe Land Office. Accordingly, Xing Li Investment has agreed to transfer a total of 2 parcels of land to Baihe Land Office, and Baihe Land Office will pay relocation compensation. Xing Li Investment is expected to receive approximately RMB 20.89 million in relocation compensation for the land.
