Shanxi: The sales of newly-built commercial housing in the first quarter increased by 7.6% year-on-year.

The Shanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics disclosed that according to the unified accounting of regional GDP, the regional GDP of the province in the first quarter was 5611.28 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 4.5% at constant prices. Sales of new commercial housing are gradually picking up. In the first quarter, the sales area of new commercial housing in the province was 4.139 million square meters, an increase of 4.1%; the sales revenue of new commercial housing was 29.37 billion yuan, an increase of 7.6%.
