Former Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Cooperative Union, Shu Lifan, is under investigation.

According to "Sanxiang Fengji" news, Shulifan, former member of the Party Committee and deputy director of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Union, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Hunan Province. Public information shows that Shu Lifan, 63 years old, formerly served as the director of Changsha Rural Credit Cooperatives Union. He was nominated as a candidate for the deputy director of the Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives Union and was appointed as a member of the Party Committee in January 2010.
