National Development and Reform Commission: Implementing the action plan to double the number of charging facilities.

The State Council Information Office held a press conference today on the situation related to policies and measures to promote high-quality development by stabilizing employment and the economy. Zhao Chenxin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that in terms of expanding investment, industrial software and other upgrades will be included in the scope of support under the "two new" policies, accelerating investment in consumer infrastructure and social sectors, implementing the "doubling" action for charging facilities, supporting the construction of parking spaces in super large and mega cities and Type I large cities. Efforts will be made to issue the list of all projects for the dual construction and central budgetary investments by the end of June 2025, while setting up new types of policy financial instruments to address the issue of insufficient project capital.
