Today, at the press conference held by the CCPIT, reporters learned that in the first quarter of this year, the national CCPIT system issued various types of commercial certificates, with a year-on-year increase of 14.91%, reflecting the steady growth of China's foreign trade in the first quarter of this year, achieving scale growth, quality improvement, and a stable start. From January to March 2025, the national CCPIT system issued a total of 1,780,500 certificates, including certificates of origin, ATA documents, and commercial certificates, an increase of 14.91% compared to the previous year. Among them, the number of non-preferential certificates of origin issued by the national CCPIT system totaled 994,900, an increase of 1.82% year-on-year; the number of preferential certificates of origin issued was 621,700, an increase of 42.67% year-on-year; and the number of RCEP certificates of origin issued was 69,160, an increase of 27.03% year-on-year. Zhao Ping, spokesperson for the CCPIT, stated that in the current complex and severe external situation facing our country's exports, foreign trade enterprises can fully utilize various free trade agreements, including the RCEP, to actively expand into diverse markets, and enhance economic and trade cooperation and mutual benefits with multiple parties.
