Shanghai Auntie (02589.HK) is planning to conduct a global offering of 2,411,340 H shares from April 28th to May 2nd.

The Zhizhong Financial APP reported that Shanghai Auntie (02589.HK) will be open for subscription from April 28, 2025 to May 2, 2025, with a plan to globally sell 2.41134 million H shares. 10% of the shares will be sold in Hong Kong and 90% internationally, with an additional overallotment option of up to 15%. The offering price will not exceed HK$113.12 per share, with an expected price of no less than HK$95.57 per share. Each unit will consist of 30 shares, and it is expected that H shares will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 8, 2025 (Thursday) at 9:00 am.
