In an announcement by the Jichuang Group, the company's board of directors reviewed and approved a proposal to sell the assets of its subsidiary KHY, including land, buildings, machinery and equipment, to Ismartu. The transaction price is 1.21 billion Indian Rupees, which is equivalent to 103 million RMB at the current exchange rate. The purpose of this transaction is to divest non-performing assets, optimize the company's asset structure, focus on core business activities, increase profitability, improve financial condition, and boost cash reserves.
