Shaoguan, Guangdong: The maximum loan amount for purchasing the first set of housing provident fund is adjusted to 800,000 yuan.

According to the WeChat public account "Shaoguan Housing Provident Fund Management Center," the maximum loan amount for housing provident fund in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, has been optimized again. For the joint purchase of housing by two or more depositors applying for a housing provident fund loan, the maximum loan amount for purchasing the first set of housing has been adjusted from 700,000 yuan to 800,000 yuan; and the maximum loan amount for purchasing the second set of housing has been adjusted from 600,000 yuan to 700,000 yuan. The above adjustments will take effect from April 27, 2025.
