According to the ST Modern announcement, if the company's operating income in 2024 is less than 300 million yuan and the total profit, net profit, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses are all negative, the company will be subject to delisting risk warning after the disclosure of the 2024 annual report, in accordance with Article 9.3.1 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules.
