Blue alert: Some areas in southeastern Tibet may experience flash floods.

The Ministry of Water Resources and the China Meteorological Administration jointly issued a blue flood meteorological warning at 18:00 on April 27th, predicting that from 20:00 on April 27th to 20:00 on April 28th, some areas in the southeast of Tibet and other regions may experience mountain flood disasters.
