The second review draft of the Arbitration Law Amendment Proposal is proposed to include provisions to regulate fake arbitration.

The revised draft of the Arbitration Law was submitted for a second review at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the 27th. The second draft of the draft clearly states that if the arbitral tribunal finds that one party fabricates basic facts to apply for arbitration or if the parties collude maliciously to attempt to infringe upon the national interests, public interests, or the legitimate rights and interests of others through arbitration, their arbitration request should be dismissed.
