Runhe Materials establishes a new company with synthetic materials business.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Runhe Materials Co., Ltd. was established, with Ye Jianping as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of specialty chemicals, manufacturing of synthetic materials, sales of synthetic materials, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Runhe Materials.
