The Cyberspace Administration of China and four other departments issued the "Key Points for Improving the Digital Literacy and Skills of the Whole People by 2025."

Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued the "Key Points for Improving the Digital Literacy and Skills of the Whole People by 2025." The "Key Points" include deploying 16 key tasks in 6 aspects. The first is to improve the digital talent training system, including training compound artificial intelligence talents, improving the high-level talent training system, strengthening the application-oriented skilled talent team, and enhancing the digital work ability of workers. The second is to expand the space for digital economic growth, including unleashing the potential of digital consumption and stimulating the digital momentum of enterprises. The third is to build an inclusive digital society, including promoting digital actions for the elderly and disabled, promoting the open and shared teaching resources, and implementing digital public welfare volunteer projects. The fourth is to create a smart and convenient digital life, including strengthening the application of artificial intelligence, and enriching new digital application scenarios. The fifth is to create a safe and orderly digital environment, including improving the governance mechanism of artificial intelligence, strengthening legal and moral norms awareness, and building a solid network security barrier. The sixth is to improve the pattern of coordinated and linked work, including deepening multi-party cooperation mechanisms and enhancing international exchanges and cooperation.
