The report stated that a spokesperson for the White House called the dialogue between the two leaders "constructive". Zelensky stated on social media that he had a one-on-one meeting with Trump, discussing a "comprehensive, unconditional" ceasefire to achieve a reliable and lasting peace. According to the Italian Broadcasting Corporation, the meeting lasted for about 15 minutes. In addition, Zelensky also had separate meetings with French President Macron, UK Prime Minister Johnson, and European Commission President von der Leyen that day.
