This week, the price of construction steel is on a strong trend. During the week, the actual production of rebar in 137 rebar factories was 2.2911 million tons, a decrease of 0.11 million tons from the previous week; the demand for rebar was 2.5994 million tons, a decrease of 13.88 million tons from the previous week; the total inventory of rebar was 7.0233 million tons, a decrease of 0.3083 million tons from the previous week, with a reduction of 0.667 million tons in factory inventory and 2.416 million tons in social inventory. As of April 25th, the average price of 20mm third-grade seismic rebar in major cities nationwide was 3327 yuan/ton, an increase of 47 yuan/ton compared to the previous week; the average price of 8.0mm HPB300 high line was 3500 yuan/ton, an increase of 40 yuan/ton compared to the previous week.
