Zhitan Finance News, Huahao Zhongtian Pharmaceuticals-B (02563.HK) announced that, after friendly discussions and suggestions with the Audit Committee under the board of directors, practicing CPA firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has agreed to resign from the position of company auditor as requested by the board of directors starting from April 24, 2025. The reason is that PwC was unable to reach a mutually acceptable timetable and cost with the company for completing the remaining audit work on the comprehensive financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2024.
