Jingyu Wang, the major shareholder of Sinolink Worldwide Holdings Limited (00723), is selling approximately 22.35% of the company's shares to Zheng Yang.

Wang Jingyu (Ms. Wang), informed Credit Guarantee Global Holdings (00723) that she had sold 100% of the equity of Champion Alliance Enterprises Limited (Champion Alliance), a company indirectly owned by her, on April 25, 2025. Champion Alliance holds 244 million ordinary shares of Credit Guarantee Global Holdings with a par value of HK$0.01 per share (accounting for approximately 22.35% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the announcement date), to Able King International Group Limited (Able King), a company registered in the British Virgin Islands (the Sale).
