Zhijong Financial News APP, Ganfeng Lithium (01772.HK) announced that the company has signed a "Framework Cooperation Agreement" and a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" respectively with the People's Government of Gongshu District in Hangzhou (hereinafter referred to as "Gongshu District Government") and Hangzhou Energy Group Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou Energy"). The three parties will leverage their respective strengths, achieve resource complementarity, comprehensively carry out industry cultivation and long-term development cooperation, and establish a win-win long-term strategic cooperation and development relationship. The company plans to invest in the construction of a high-energy solid-state battery research and industrialization base in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, focusing on cooperation in areas such as electrification in the transportation sector, expansion of new energy industries, widening of the energy supply chain, and comprehensive recycling of power batteries.
