Guoyin Jinzhu (01606.HK) signed a financing lease arrangement for wind power generation equipment in Lingqiu County.

Zhijie Financial News APP, China Bank Gold Lease (01606.HK) announced that the company, as the lessor, and the lessee Lingqiu Xiachuhai Bohai New Energy Co., Ltd. and the seller Shanxi Jinkai Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. entered into a financing lease arrangement on April 25, 2025 (after trading hours), whereby (i) the company, as the buyer, entered into a transfer agreement with the lessee and the seller, agreeing to purchase the subject of the transaction for a price of RMB 448 million, and (ii) the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee, agreeing to lease the subject of the transaction (i.e. the subject of the transaction), with a lease term of 216 months, and the total lease interest during the lease term is approximately RMB 170 million.
