Fuhong Hanlin: Grants exclusive license to Alvogen Korea Hans.

Fuhong Hanlin announcement, the company has entered into a license agreement with Alvogen Korea Co., Ltd., granting it exclusive rights to commercialize Hansa in South Korea. According to the agreement, Alvogen Korea will pay an upfront payment of $5 million, regulatory milestone payments not exceeding $9.5 million, commercial sales milestone payments not exceeding $97.5 million, and tiered royalties based on annual net sales ranging from 18% to 25%. The license agreement will take effect from the date of signing and will be valid for an initial term of 10 years from the date of the first commercial sale of the licensed product.
