Smart Financial APP News, Kingsoft Cloud (03896.HK) announced that they will deliver a total of 17.3 million fixed American Depositary Shares (equivalent to 2.595 billion shares of common stock with a total face value of $25.95 million) at the offering price of American Depositary Shares (each representing 15 shares of common stock) and deliver 180 million shares of offered shares with a total face value of $1.8 billion at the offering share price on April 17, 2025 and April 25, 2025 (Hong Kong time) respectively.
