By 2027, a multi-department coordinated mechanism for the integration of transportation and energy development will be basically formed, and policies, regulations, standards, and technical equipment systems will be gradually improved. The proportion of electric energy in the transportation industry's final energy consumption will reach 10%. The installed capacity of non-fossil energy power generation along transportation infrastructure will not be less than 5 million kilowatts, and the proportion of local consumption nearby will steadily increase. The proportion of new energy vehicles in the added cars is increasing year by year, and the production capacity of green fuels for transportation is significantly enhanced.
