The i-Cable Finance News APP reports that SaSa International (00178.HK) has announced that Mai Xinyin has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from April 25, 2025; and Zhong Mingjie has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company, effective from April 25, 2025.
