Shengtong Energy: Zhang Wei resigns as general manager, Wang Zhaotao takes over.

On April 25th, Shengtong Energy announced that the Board of Directors has recently received the resignation report from Chairman and General Manager Zhang Wei. Due to work adjustments, Zhang Wei applied to resign from the position of General Manager of the company, and the resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. After resigning as General Manager, Zhang Wei will continue to serve as Chairman of the company. On April 24th, 2025, the company held the second meeting of the third session of the Board of Directors and decided to appoint Wang Zhaotao as the General Manager of the company, with a term of office from the date of approval by the Board of Directors to the expiration of the term of office of the third session of the Board of Directors.
