According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, recently, Tieling Mingyang New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhai Jianfeng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of generators and generator sets; research and development of offshore wind power systems; sales of offshore wind power equipment; wind power technology services; manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components, etc. According to corporate equity penetration displayed on Qi Cha Cha, the company is fully owned by Mingyang Intelligent.
