We must make every effort to expand investment, boost consumption, attract and implement more "golden projects", accelerate the construction of a new mode of real estate development, innovate diverse consumption scenarios, and lead new demand with new supply. We must fully develop foreign trade, stabilize foreign investment, help enterprises explore diverse international markets, and build a platform for connecting export with domestic demand. We must make every effort to safeguard people's livelihoods, maintain stability, and promote harmony, thoroughly advance people's livelihood projects, ensure an increase in summer grain production and a bountiful harvest, make preparations for flood prevention, improve safety production, and enhance essential safety levels.
