The three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta jointly signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Rapid Collaborative Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the Yangtze River Delta Region."

On the afternoon of April 23, 2025, the integration of intellectual property rights in the Yangtze River Delta region was held in Chuzhou, Anhui. The intellectual property departments of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui jointly released the White Paper on the Development and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in 2024, as well as typical cases of intellectual property rights in the Yangtze River Delta. At the same time, the intellectual property protection centers of the three provinces and one city signed the "Memorandum on Rapid Cooperation and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the Yangtze River Delta Region. Specific content includes establishing a regular reporting mechanism for pre-examination violations by agencies, achieving information exchange on pre-examination violations by agencies, implementing joint disciplinary action for violations in the Yangtze River Delta region, regulating patent agency behavior; strengthening the linkage of rapid rights protection work of the three provinces and one city protection centers, conducting joint guidance on cross-regional major, difficult, and complex intellectual property disputes, conducting infringement determination, rights protection assistance consultation, and dispute mediation; establishing a mechanism for sharing resources, formulating service norms for the protection centers in the Yangtze River Delta region, unifying the service processes of pre-examination, rights protection, consultation, etc., and enhancing the standardization of regional service levels.
