Shanghai Prosecution White Paper: Intellectual Property Rights Crimes are on the Rise, Widespread Use of Anti-Trace Technology Means.

On April 25th, the Shanghai People's Procuratorate held a press conference to release the Chinese and English versions of the "Shanghai Intellectual Property Prosecution White Paper", reporting on the intellectual property criminal, civil, administrative, and public interest litigation cases handled by the Shanghai procuratorate in 2024. The white paper also analyzed the new characteristics and trends of intellectual property protection, put forward targeted and effective suggestions, and contributed prosecutorial wisdom to enhancing the level of innovation.
