The Communist Party group of the National Development and Reform Commission issued a document pointing out the need to continue efforts to solve the problem of arrears of payments to private enterprises. Fully implement the regulations on guaranteeing payments to small and medium-sized enterprises, make good use of new local government special bond policies, establish a credit supervision mechanism in the field of delayed payments to enterprises, include relevant default and arrears situations in the credit records of relevant parties, strengthen bill management and information disclosure, implement disciplinary actions for breaches of trust in accordance with the law and regulations, and work with relevant departments to accelerate the formation of a joint force to clear arrears of payments to enterprises.
