On April 24th, it was learned from the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Commerce that Wuhan recently issued the "2025 Measures to Promote Facilitation of Cross-border Trade in Wuhan," introducing 21 specific measures in six major areas such as improving customs clearance efficiency and deepening regulatory reforms. Focusing on accelerating port clearance efficiency, Wuhan will achieve seamless connection of goods at water ports through new models such as "water-water transit" and "linkage unloading," and pilot the inspection of export LCL goods before shipment to reduce the waiting time for goods at the port; in aviation ports, it will introduce four pilot projects such as "ramp handling-ramp direct pickup" and "airside direct transfer" to promote the "instant pickup, instant loading, instant flight" of goods; at railway ports, it will implement "rapid railway customs clearance" and conduct digital supervision and consolidation warehouse pilots to significantly improve transportation efficiency.
