Unigroup condemns the behavior of individual foreign management of AMSC who seize power under the guise of "compliance".

On the evening of October 12th, Unitt Technology issued a statement stating that the Dutch government's global operation freeze on ASML Semiconductor on the grounds of "national security" is excessive interference based on geopolitical bias, rather than a risk assessment based on facts. This move seriously violates the market economy, fair competition, and international trade rules advocated by the European Union. Some foreign management of ASML Semiconductor has attempted to forcibly change the equity structure of ASML Semiconductor through legal procedures, and their demands are highly coordinated with the Dutch government's instructions, essentially using political pressure to deprive shareholders of their rights and subvert the company's legal governance structure. The company condemns such behavior, done under the pretext of "compliance," as usurping power.
