Zhitong Finance APP news, Tongyu Communication (002792.SZ) issued an announcement stating that, in accordance with the company's business strategy and development plan, the company intends to use its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Yuyao Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuyao Intelligent Computing," with the name subject to registration by the market supervision and administration department), with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. Yuyao Intelligent Computing will serve as the company's computing power business platform and will subsequently carry out business exploration and industrial layout in the field of intelligent computing power services. The company will, in light of its own development plan, fully leverage its industrial synergy advantages, strengthen communication and collaboration with relevant partners, and promote steady business development.
