(000029.SZ) issued an announcement that the company plans to jointly invest with Shenzhen Investment Holdings Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Investment Holdings Capital") and other entities to establish Shenzhen Shen Tou Kong Hongyi No. 1 Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to industrial and commercial registration) (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Fund"), in which the company plans to subscribe for capital contribution of RMB 160 million with its own funds and become a limited partner (LP).
