Zhongman Petroleum: Completion of First Installment Capital Contribution and Filing for Subscription of Tiancheng Fund Shares

Zhongman Petroleum announced that the company, as a limited partner, subscribed for a partnership interest in Tiancheng Zhongke Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Venture Capital Fund Partnership using RMB 10 million of its own funds, accounting for 10% of the fund's total subscribed capital. The fund has completed its first closing, and the company has paid the first installment of RMB 5 million, with the remaining RMB 5 million to be paid in installments according to the fund's investment progress and capital call notices. The fund completed private investment fund filing with the Asset Management Association of China on November 3, 2026.
