(000960.SZ) issued an announcement that shareholder Yunnan Tin Holding Company proposed that the company use its own or self-raised funds to repurchase part of the RMB ordinary shares (A shares) issued by the company through the centralized bidding trading method via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system, for the purpose of equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The total repurchase funds shall be no less than RMB 100 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 200 million (inclusive).
