Zhitong Finance APP News, Wanchen Group (300972.SZ) issued an announcement that on November 2, 2026, the company received the "Notice of Case Filing" (No.: CSRC Case Filing No. 0262026013) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC"). Due to suspected information disclosure violations, including failure to timely perform the temporary information disclosure obligation for related-party transactions, in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations, the CSRC decided to file a case against the company.
