AV CONCEPT HOLD (00595) announces that, with effect from October 31, 2026, Mr. Chan Chi Hang has tendered his resignation as the company secretary, the chief financial officer of the company, and the authorized representative of the company for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
