Zhitong Finance APP news, Defeng Sulai (08403.HK) announced that on October 30, 2026, the company intends to issue 17 million subscription shares to Chuangyi Times Co., Ltd. at HK$3.60 per subscription share, a discount of approximately 10.00% to the closing price of HK$4 per share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement. Net proceeds of approximately HK$61 million are intended to be used for the procurement of amusement facility equipment and the deployment and support of a digital management platform, as well as related scenic area operations; the continuous development and operation of an agricultural products procurement platform; the development and expansion of advertising-related business in the agricultural products sector; and general working capital.
