Zhitong Finance APP has learned that data released by the National Bureau of Statistics shows that, according to a survey of 83,000 cultural and related industry enterprises above designated size nationwide (hereinafter referred to as "cultural enterprises"), in the first three quarters of 2026, cultural enterprises achieved operating revenue of 10,821.0 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.3% on a comparable basis. Among them, 16 small industry categories with relatively obvious characteristics of new cultural formats [2] achieved operating revenue of 5,382.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.9%, which was 4.6 percentage points faster than all cultural enterprises above designated size.
