Fitch: Assigns 'BBB' Rating to Sands China's (01928.HK) Proposed Senior Unsecured Notes

On October 27, Fitch Ratings assigned a "BBB" rating to the proposed senior unsecured notes of Sands China Limited ("Sands China," 01928.HK, "BBB"/Stable). The net proceeds from the new notes will be used to repay the outstanding balance of US$700 million on Sands China's 2.3% senior unsecured notes due 2027, repay the outstanding amount under Sands China's revolving credit facility, and for general corporate purposes.
