Chip giant races into quantum sector: Intel (INTC.US) acquires startup Classiq to build full-stack quantum business

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that Intel (INTC.US) has agreed to acquire Israeli startup Classiq Technologies Ltd., a move that is part of its push into quantum computing. Quantum computing is a field still in its infancy and is seeking commercial applications.
