Xingyun Technology: Total amount of supplementary agreement for awarded project raised to 8.848 billion yuan

Xingyun Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Changsha Yueyunshu Technology Co., Ltd. signed two supplementary agreements with Customer V regarding the rental standards and lease commencement method for subsequent batches of equipment. The total contract amount was raised from approximately RMB 6.523 billion to RMB 8.848 billion, an increase of approximately 35.64%, with a total lease term of 5 years. The adjusted rental standards apply to the second batch of delivered equipment and subsequent equipment, while the first batch of delivered equipment remains at the original supplementary agreement price; the lease commencement date for each batch of equipment shall be the date on which delivery, reconfiguration, and written confirmation of acceptance are completed for that batch. The total contract amount is a static estimate and does not constitute a performance commitment.
