Zhitong Finance APP News, Reconova Technologies (07656) announced that Ms. Lai Ho Yan has resigned as (i) the Company's joint company secretary; (ii) the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange); and (iii) the Company's authorized representative in Hong Kong as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and the authorized person for accepting service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong as required under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules (process agent), with effect from October 26, 2026.
