Citi: Cuts Macau October gaming revenue forecast to MOP 21.5 billion, expects significantly longer time for gaming revenue momentum to recover

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that Citi issued a research report stating that, according to industry sources, Macau's gaming revenue for the first 25 days of October is estimated at approximately MOP 17.65 billion. From October 20 to 25, average daily gaming revenue was approximately MOP 592 million, down 3% from approximately MOP 613 million from October 12 to 19, and also down 2% from approximately MOP 602 million in September 2026, indicating that the weakness previously noted by the bank is still continuing. According to industry sources, the average daily gaming revenue trend month-to-date in October implies a year-on-year decline of approximately 10%.
