Easylife Holdings (00223.HK) completes issuance of a total of 278 million placing shares, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$27.2 million

Zhitong Finance APP News, Yishenghuo Holdings (00223.HK) announced that all conditions of the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the placing was completed on October 26, 2026. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the placing agreement, a total of 278 million placing shares have been allotted and issued at the placing price of HK$0.1 per placing share to not fewer than six placees, representing approximately 14.54% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares immediately upon completion.
