Zhitong Finance APP News, Luzhu Biotech-B (02480.HK) announced that Ms. Lai Ho-yan has tendered her resignation as the authorized representative of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, for the purpose of accepting service of legal process or notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong, effective from October 26, 2026.
