Zhitong Finance APP has learned that Black Sesame Technologies (02533) announced on the evening of October 22 that the company intends to cancel 1,982,200 shares previously repurchased under the 2025 repurchase mandate and held as treasury shares, representing approximately 0.28% of the total number of currently issued shares. Upon completion of the cancellation, the company's total number of issued shares will decrease from 718,026,168 shares to 716,043,968 shares.
